The system features a multi-level safety architecture: combustible gas, smoke, and temperature detection, active ventilation, and an aerosol fire suppression system ensure rapid risk mitigation. At rated load, the design aims to keep the battery temperature below 40 °C, which has a positive effect on cycle life and operational stability.

Scalability and expandability

The GE-F60 system is modularly expandable; by operating multiple units in parallel, the total system capacity can be increased up to 360 kWh, while parallel operation of multiple inverters on the AC side is also supported. This flexibility allows the investment to evolve step by step in line with future energy needs.

Installation and Environmental Resistance

The unit is floor-mounted and built to industrial standards with IP55 protection, ensuring reliable operation even in dusty, outdoor-adjacent, or industrial environments. It has a wide operating temperature range (–20 °C to +55 °C for charging/discharging), with automatic power reduction at higher ambient temperatures. Its weight of nearly 1.2 tons and robust cabinet design make it particularly suitable for long-term, stationary applications.

Communication and System Integration

The GE-F60 can be integrated via CAN 2.0 and RS485 communication, fits into industrial EMS environments, and supports connection to monitoring systems. The design complies with relevant international standards (including CE, IEC62619, IEC62040, UN38.3), which facilitates certification and integration into international projects.
