Guarantees given
The products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee. 
In the case of inverters, if the customer detects a problem with the equipment, there are two ways to trigger the warranty:

  1. The customer can claim their warranty directly from the manufacturer
  2. The customer reports the problem to us. The customer can do this by sending an e-mail to support@solar-kit.hu / support@solar-kit.eu or by informing his contact person. 

For solar panels, customers should report the problem directly to us, as we will offer a replacement.
