Delivery terms
1. General Provisions
The shipping terms of Solar Kit Hungary Kft. (hereinafter: Service Provider) ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the goods we distribute. Please read the following terms carefully.
2. Shipping Methods and Conditions
- Delivery is carried out through our contracted logistics partners.
- The delivery deadlines are for informational purposes only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, technical issues).
- The shipping cost depends on the order value, quantity (size, weight, stackability, etc.), product classification, destination, and type of shipping service (e.g., direct, consolidated, standard, urgent, etc.).
- The customer is required to provide an accurate and clear address, a contact person, and a phone number that can be reached at the delivery location.
- The customer must indicate whether someone will be continuously present at the delivery address to receive the goods.
- Solar Kit Hungary Kft. does not verify the correctness of the address or the conditions at the location (e.g., residential house, warehouse, premises, unloading feasibility). Any additional costs incurred due to incomplete information (e.g., failed delivery, extra work) are the responsibility of the buyer.
- The shipping offer is valid for 3 days.
3. Loading and Unloading
- The recipient is responsible for ensuring the loading and unloading of the delivered goods.
- The driver is not obligated to unload goods from the vehicle or move them into a building or warehouse.
- If a tail-lift truck* is required for unloading, this must be indicated at the time of placing the order. If this is not indicated, and unloading is not possible upon arrival, the costs of the failed delivery will be borne by the buyer.
*Tail-lift delivery is available for solar panels up to a maximum of 3 pallets. We cannot provide a tail-lift truck for industrial-sized solar panels (longer than 200 cm) or long aluminum rails. The maximum load capacity of the tail-lift is 800 kg.
4. Liability and Complaints
- The seller recommends that the buyer always inspect the goods and examine their condition upon arrival or handover.
- If the buyer has any complaints or believes the product has been damaged, they must immediately report it in writing in a legally valid manner, record it in the delivery document, or create a report, which we can process within 15 days.
- In the absence of this, the seller is not obliged to accept complaints of this nature at a later date. By signing the delivery note, the buyer confirms the goods' intact condition and correct quantity.
5. Product Returns
- The return of the product is entirely the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer acknowledges that the return is at their own expense, and the seller does not prepay or reimburse the return costs afterward.
- The organization of the return is the buyer's responsibility. However, upon prior agreement, Solar Kit Hungary Kft. can assist with arranging the return shipment, but the costs will still be borne by the buyer.
6. Other Provisions
- We reserve the right to modify the shipping terms.
