Terms of delivery
1. General provisions
The delivery terms and conditions of SOLARKIT Europe Kft. (hereinafter: Service Provider) serve to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the goods we sell. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
2. Delivery methods and conditions
- Delivery is carried out by our contracted logistics partners.
- Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, technical faults).
- The shipping fee depends on the value and quantity of the order (size, weight, stackability, etc.), the classification of the goods, and the destination and type of shipping service (e.g., direct, consolidated, normal, urgent, etc.).
- The customer is required to provide an accurate and clear address, contact name, and phone number of someone who can be reached at the location.
- The customer must indicate whether someone will be present at the delivery address at all times to receive the goods.
- SOLARKIT Europe Kft. does not check the accuracy of the address or the conditions at the location (e.g., family home, warehouse, premises, unloading facilities), therefore any additional costs incurred due to incomplete information (e.g., unsuccessful delivery, extra work) shall be borne by the customer.
- The delivery offer is valid for 3 days.
3. Loading and unloading
- The recipient is responsible for loading and unloading the delivered goods.
- The driver is not obliged to unload the goods from the vehicle or move them into the house or warehouse.
- If a tail lift* is required for unloading, this must be indicated in advance when placing the order! If this is not indicated and the unloading cannot be carried out upon arrival at the delivery address, the costs of the failed delivery shall be borne by the buyer.
*We can provide tail lift transport for solar panels, up to a maximum of 3 pallets. We cannot provide tail lift trucks for industrial-sized solar panels (over 200 cm in length) and long aluminum rails. The maximum load capacity of the tail lift is 800 kg.
4. Liability and complaints
- The Seller recommends that the Buyer always inspect the goods and check their condition upon arrival or delivery.
- If the Buyer has any objections or believes that the product has been damaged, they must immediately notify the Seller in writing, record it on the delivery document, or draw up a report, which we can process within 15 days.
- In the absence of this, the Seller shall not be obliged to accept any such objections communicated at a later date. By signing the delivery note, the Buyer confirms that the goods are undamaged and in the correct quantity.
5. Product returns
- The return of the product is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer acknowledges that the return of the goods is at their own expense, and the Seller will not advance or reimburse the cost of the return.
- The Buyer is responsible for organizing the return shipment, but SOLARKIT Europe Kft. may assist in organizing the shipment upon prior agreement, in which case the costs shall also be borne by the Buyer.
6. Other provisions
- We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery.
