The Huawei EMMA-A02 (Energy Management Assistant) is a DIN-rail-mountable smart energy control module that integrates Huawei hybrid inverters, energy storage systems, EV chargers, and other smart devices into a single integrated system. The EMMA-A02 also functions as an external control unit for Huawei SmartGuard systems.

Its built-in WLAN module simplifies commissioning, and all devices can be remotely monitored and controlled via the app. It is also compatible with Huawei LUNA2000 energy storage systems, with which it provides a Smart Scheduling function.

Installation and Connection

The module can be mounted on a DIN35 rail; it measures 108×100×65 mm and weighs 0.5 kg. It operates on both single-phase (100–240V) and three-phase (346–415V) networks, with a power consumption of just 4W. It features LAN, WAN, and RS485 interfaces; the measurement range is ≤63A for direct connection and unlimited with an external CT. The operating temperature ranges from –25°C to +60°C.
