This is not the first time PAPPAS has chosen us. Our previous system installed at the Kárpát Street site proved our professional expertise, so we were entrusted with this larger-scale investment as well. During the project, we installed a 250 kW AC and 295 kWp DC solar panel system with Huawei inverters and Risen Solar panels in a flat roof design.

The company's energy requirements are significant due to its service and demonstration activities: diagnostic machines, electrical equipment, and heat pump systems are in constant operation. The goal was therefore not only to achieve savings, but also to create a stable and self-sufficient energy supply at the highest possible technical level.

⚡ HUAWEI INVERTERS - THE HEART OF THE SYSTEM

Huawei inverters take the performance and reliability of solar systems to a new level.

These intelligent, energy-efficient devices maximize the energy production of solar systems through their advanced technology. Artificial intelligence-controlled active arc fault protection (AFCI), overheating protection, and rapid fault detection all contribute to the safety and long-term stable operation of the system.

Huawei inverters are IP65-rated, so their dust- and water-resistant design ensures reliable operation even in industrial environments.

Installation is quick and easy, with a compact design, quick connectors, and an easy-to-use setup interface that makes the contractor's job easier.

Huawei offers a 10-year basic warranty on all its inverters, which can be extended to 15 years if required. This long-term warranty and global service support ensure the security of your investment, and Huawei is one of the world's leading brands in solar energy technology.

☀️ SYSTEM AND INSTALLATION

The system was built using our own Mountkit FLAT10 mounting structure, which is manufactured by Enerack. This professional 10° flat roof system is part of the Mountkit by Enerack product line and has been specifically developed for precise, quick installation and long-term stability.

In this project, we used a south-facing configuration, but the FLAT10 system is equally suitable for east-west orientation, making it flexible enough to fit any roof direction or site conditions.

Mountkit support structures are solutions developed and distributed by SOLARKIT, combining Enerack's manufacturing quality with experience gained from projects in Hungary. The heavy-duty aluminum profiles and stainless steel fasteners provide outstanding corrosion resistance and weather resistance.

Mountkit by Enerack systems are CE and TÜV certified, come with a 10-year warranty, and are manufactured in accordance with European quality standards.

Thanks to their modular design, Mountkit solutions can be quickly installed, adapted to many different roof types, and ensure the stability and reliability of solar panel systems in the long term.

The completed system significantly reduces the electricity consumption and carbon footprint of the PAPPAS site.

This project is not only an energy development, but also a strategic decision for sustainable operation, in which both the technological background and the experienced engineering team played a key role.
