The Huawei LUNA2000-5KW-C0 is the central unit of Huawei's first-generation Smart String ESS systems (LUNA2000-5/10/15-S0). This module performs DC/DC conversion, controls charging and discharging, communicates with the hybrid inverter, and coordinates the operation of 1–3 LUNA2000-5-E0 battery modules.

The compact 12 kg power module has IP66 protection, can be installed outdoors or indoors, and ensures fast, stable, and efficient energy storage for residential PV systems.
