Huawei SmartLogger3000B – Industrial data logger for managing up to 150 inverters

The Huawei SmartLogger3000B is the flagship model of the SmartLogger series, capable of simultaneously managing up to 150 Huawei invertersand a total of 200 devices. Compared to the A-series, it features a significantly more extensive set of communication interfaces and can be further scaled for large-scale industrial and commercial solar installations using the optional SmartModule1000A01 expansion module.

150 inverters – at a single control point

The SmartLogger3000B comes standard with WAN, LAN, 2×SFP optical Ethernet, MBUS, and 3×RS485 interfaces. With the SmartModule1000A01 expansion module, the number of RS485 ports increases to 6, the number of LAN ports to 3, and with the DI×8, AI×7 expansion, analog and digital connectivity is also doubled. The built-in lightning protection module provides industrial-grade safety.

Easy installation and commissioning

The SmartLogger3000B features a one-click commissioning wizard that guides the installer through parameterization and device connection. The embedded web interface and WLAN AP mode allow for local configuration using a laptop or mobile phone, even without an internet connection. Compatible with Huawei energy storage systemsand the FusionSolar platform.

The SmartLogger3000B measures 225×160×44 mm (without SmartModule) and weighs 2 kg. With the SmartModule expansion, the dimensions are 350×160×44 mm, and the weight is 3 kg. It has an IP20 protection rating and can be mounted on a wall, DIN rail, table, or integrated into the SmartACU2000D. Power supply: 100–240 V AC or 24 V DC; typical power consumption: 9 W. When should you choose the 3000B over the 3000A?

If your project requires more than 80 devices, needs SFP optical connectivity, or you plan to expand the system in the future, the SmartLogger3000B is the clear choice. The A03 model supports a maximum of 80 devices and 3×RS485, while the 3000B supports 200 devices by default and offers 6×RS485 ports as an option.
