MBUS – what’s the difference compared to version 01?

The MBUS (Meter Bus) interface allows the SmartLogger to connect directly to meters and other MBUS devices via PLC-based communication—without the need for separate physical cables, using existing AC power lines. The A03 is therefore ideal for commercial and industrial projects where building a physical communication infrastructure would be difficult or costly.

80 devices – one control point

The SmartLogger3000A03EU features WAN, LAN, 3×RS485, and MBUS interfaces and can monitor up to 80 connected devices simultaneously. It communicates with inverters and meters via built-in Modbus-TCP and Modbus-RTU protocol support. The optional 2G/3G/4G module provides mobile data transmission where wired internet is unavailable. It is compatible with Huawei energy storage systemsand the FusionSolar platform.
