The Huawei YDS60-80 (also known as SmartPS-80AI-T0 / DTSU666-HW) is a three-phase, Class 1 accuracy Smart Power Sensor designed for use with Huawei hybrid invertersto measure real-time energy consumption. It is DIN35 rail-mountable, features a built-in LCD display, and supports RS485/Modbus-RTU communication—the foundation for the zero-export function and precise energy control.

How does it differ from the DTSU666-H?

The YDS60-80 / SmartPS-80AI-T0 is a special variant of the DTSU666-HW series, which, with its 80A direct measurement range (unlimited with an external CT), covers a wider range of applications than the base model. It is particularly common as a metering solution installed alongside Huawei energy storage systems(LUNA2000 series), where accurate bidirectional energy flow measurement is critical.

Class 1 accuracy on three-phase networks

Measurement accuracy: voltage and current ±0.5%, power and energy ±1%, frequency ±0.01 Hz. Line voltage measurement range: 90–1000 V (above 500 V with an external PT). Phase voltage: 52–577 V. The RS485 interface communicates at speeds of 4800–115200 bps, with a default of 9600 bps. Power consumption is only ≤1.5W.

Installation and Physical Characteristics

The YDS60-80 can be mounted on a DIN35 rail; its dimensions are 100×72×80 mm, and it weighs less than 0.5 kg. Operating temperature: –25°C to +60°C.
