Mountkit - Enerack mechanikai terhelésvizsgálat kampókon és síneken – Mit mutat a mérés?
In this video, we present the mechanical testing of three hooks and three rails under real loads.
The purpose of the test is to show how much force is required to cause deformation, how the shape changes under load, and what behavior patterns are exhibited under forces in different directions.
Mountkit is SOLARKIT's own brand of support structures, manufactured by Enerack. Enerack is known in the industry for its reliable, precise, and long-lasting engineering solutions, which is why Mountkit is also built on this stable foundation. The product family was specifically designed to provide simple, quick, and stable installation.
In the test shown in the video, the device compresses the elements to simulate wind, storm, and snow loads. We observe the force at which displacement begins, where deformation starts, and when significant deformation occurs. The rail test is performed on a rafter-spaced support with point loading.
Why do we perform these tests?
Our goal is to ensure that the support structure on the roof will behave exactly as specified in the design.
At SOLARKIT, we pay special attention to ensuring that the manufacturer's data is backed up by real test results, which is why we also check the technical values provided with our own measurements.
This allows our partners to see transparent, real, and comparable load results.
In the video, we examine the hooks and rails of two competitors in addition to Mountkit's components.
We load all elements on the same measuring device, so the differences are clearly visible.
Watch the test and decide for yourself which support structure performs best.
The goal is not to emphasize competition, but to provide professional certainty. The support structure is the point that must hold even when no one is watching, which is why we work to ensure that the Mountkit manufactured by Enerack provides a real, stable, predictable foundation for every installation.

📐 Structural report – the basis for safe installation
SOLARKIT's static report service helps to accurately determine the required weight distribution and the correct design of the system.
The process is simple:
- Our customers fill out a short questionnaire about the characteristics of their roof and their installation requirements. https://shop.solar-kit.eu/en/flatroof-project-report
- Our experts prepare detailed static calculations.
- The report guarantees that the solar system will be neither too heavy nor too light.
Why is this important?
If the system is too heavy, the load-bearing capacity of the roof may be compromised.
If the system is too light, it may shift or even fly off the roof, causing serious damage.
Structural calculations ensure the right balance, enabling a stable, reliable, and safe system installation in all weather conditions in the long term.
