SOLARKIT doesn't decide Deye warranty claims. Deye does — they tell you whether the fault is covered, and whether you're getting a replacement or a repair. What we do is show you exactly what to send and how to work through the process.

Seven things will void the manufacturer's warranty:

1. Removing or opening the unit without approval

2. Installation by an uncertified installer

3. Physical damage or water ingress after shipping

4. Repairs or modifications made without approval

5. Operating the unit outside its technical limits — with batteries, that means too cold or too hot

6. No product registration or no monitoring connection

7. A missing original purchase invoice

A Deye claim needs four sets of data: the type, serial number and quantity of the devices, photos of the AC, DC and communication wiring, a 5-10 second video of the LEDs along with multimeter voltage readings, and the number and type of panels on the string. Then share your site with us in Deye Cloud with an active internet connection, so the manufacturer can see the system remotely. Deye has 30 days to assess the claim and 90 days to complete the repair.
