SOLARKIT does not make decisions regarding the Deye inverter warranty. Deye determines whether the fault is covered by warranty and whether a replacement or repair is required. We assist you by providing the necessary data and guiding you through the process.

You’ll void the manufacturer’s warranty in seven situations: if you disassembled or tampered with the product without authorization; if it was installed by a non-certified technician; if it sustained physical damage or water damage after delivery; if it was repaired or modified without authorization, if it was used outside the technical limits (e.g., a battery used in temperatures that are too cold or too hot), if it is not registered or the monitoring system is not connected, and if the original receipt proving purchase is missing.

To file a Deye fault report, you’ll need 4 pieces of information: the device type, serial number, and quantity; a photo of the AC, DC, and communication connections; a 5–10-second video of the LEDs showing voltage readings from a multimeter; and the number and type of solar string panels. Next, share the location with us in Deye Cloud via an active internet connection so the manufacturer can remotely access the system. Deye has 30 days to assess the issue and 90 days to complete the repair.
