SOLARKIT doesn't decide Huawei warranty claims. You file the fault directly on Huawei's own portal, and Huawei tells you whether it's covered.

Seven things will void the manufacturer's warranty:

1. Removing or opening the unit without approval

2. Installation by an uncertified installer

3. Physical damage or water ingress after shipping

4. Repairs or modifications made without approval

5. Operating the unit outside its technical limits — with batteries, that means too cold or too hot

6. No product registration or no monitoring connection

7. A missing original purchase invoice

The Huawei claim form asks for the inverter serial number, a description of the fault, how long it's been happening, and your contact details. You also need to attach the unit's log files. You can pull those online from FusionSolar, or locally by connecting to the inverter with the phone app. We show you click by click where the download button is.
