There are two ways to file a warranty claim for a Dyness battery. If the product is registered on the Dyness monitoring platform, file the claim there; if not, file it via email. In both cases, the warranty claim is assessed by Dyness, not SOLARKIT.
You’ll void the manufacturer’s warranty in seven situations: if you’ve disassembled or tampered with the product without authorization; if it was installed by a non-certified technician; if it sustained physical damage or water damage after shipping; if it was repaired or modified without authorization, if it was used outside the technical limits (e.g., the battery was exposed to temperatures that were too cold or too hot), if it is not registered or the monitoring system is not connected, and if the original purchase receipt is missing.
On the Dyness portal, in the After Sales Management menu, under After Sales Workorder, click the green “Create ticket” button to submit a report. Enter the serial number, the exact model, and a description of the problem; it’s also a good idea to attach a photo or PDF. If you submit a report via email, you’ll need to provide 5 pieces of information: the product’s serial number and model, the type of connected inverter, the PV configuration, the operating conditions, and the battery log files. The warranty on the replacement product does not start over; it matches the warranty period of the original product.
